"Don came out to our home to give us an estimate to replace our 24-year-old unit. It was leaking and out of Freon at the time while we were still awaiting other estimates...but we wanted to make a pretty quick decision so we wouldn't have to stay in a hot house with our new baby. Don called one of his techs to come out to our house and put some Freon in our unit - free of charge with no obligation to go with his estimate - so that we wouldn't have to rush our decision-making process. Even though we picked someone else for the job, Don was super generous by offering us free Freon. The company we went with offered to reimburse Don, but he was still adamant about his original offer. Don was super nice and is ultimately a class act. We appreciate his incredibly generous act of kindness in our time of need. Thank you, Don."
