"Was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Reminded me of the way it once was in distant past. When a man gave his word, and that was all that was needed. Gave good advice, and always called back in a timely fashion. Came time to install, they were right on time. The installation process was very professional, and I am very happy with my new system. Feel very confident that, should a problem occur, they would take care of it without delay. I intend to let Donald Guy and company take care of my hvac needs for the remainder of my life, and highly recommend them to everyone."

"We cannot recommend this business or Mr. Guy, enough. Our old homewide air-conditioner died a month ago/during Tally hot times and within 2 days of our request, Mr. Guy himself came to check it out. Mr. Guy 'talked us out' of a system which had been proposed by a first (and very nice) business as not necessary and which literally, saved us $10, 000. Mr. Guy is completely honest and will recommend what is needed and, we appreciated his very personal care and recommendations, along with our 10-year warranty. "
