"I spoke with Charles, a manager, on 12/22. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t mind taking 30mins out of his day to speak with me about my AC unit and units in general. His patience and humility were refreshing. By listening to him, and then googling to further back up his claims, I learned I was being taken for an expensive ride by a big name company in town. He could have told me the same misinformation and charged a little less, but instead he was honest. His honesty will likely save me thousands. I made an appt with him that day to get a tune up/diagnostic.
1/31- Donavin showed up on time and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He came in, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He was attentive, thorough, and patient. He answered all our questions and offered his advice. He gave us options and suggestions and allowed us time to think things through. I feel comfortable knowing that, whether our unit needs servicing or replacement, we are in good hands. Donavin also spoke highly of Charles, which made perfect sense because it totally aligned with my experience with him over the phone. I also spoke with Charles after my appt, and he again took the time to go over things with me after servicing and diagnosing my unit.
Overall, Charles and Donavin represent this company very well. If you’re looking for 1. clear communication with an explanation of issues, options, and pricing, and 2. No high-pressure sales for unnecessary work, give Donald Guy Heating and Cooling a call."
